Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective July 30, 2026
Sign in, open Account & Data, choose Manage Pro billing, and cancel in the secure Stripe customer portal.
1. Subscription cancellation
AI Voice Pro is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and your Pro access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Stripe cannot cancel a merchant’s subscription on the merchant’s behalf, so cancellation should be completed through DMCCC’s Manage Pro billing link or requested from us directly.
2. Account deletion
Deleting your DMCCC account is different from normal subscription cancellation. Account deletion cancels Pro immediately, permanently deletes associated app data, and ends access to unused included and purchased voice characters. Cancel through Manage Pro instead if you want to keep using the paid period.
3. Subscription refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, an incorrect charge, an extended service failure, or another exceptional circumstance. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a past charge.
4. Voice-credit purchases
Voice-credit packs are digital usage entitlements delivered to an active Pro account. Used credits are non-refundable. Requests concerning duplicate purchases, credits that were not delivered, or an unused purchase made in error will be reviewed individually. Deleting an account does not create an automatic refund for remaining credits.
5. Requesting help or a refund review
Email cocky.rooster.miniature.gaming@gmail.com with the Google email used for DMCCC, the Stripe receipt or invoice number, the charge date, and a short explanation. Do not email a complete card number or banking credentials. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days.
6. Pricing, taxes, and billing records
The current price, currency, renewal interval, applicable taxes, and total due are displayed in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Stripe sends receipts and provides the customer portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.
7. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Ontario provides information about subscription contracts and consumer remedies through Consumer Protection Ontario.
